CURRENTLY OUTDOOR ONLY SPACES AVAILABLE.

Normal registration fees:  
​Indoor Spaces: 4FT table space is $25; 6FT is $35-- Not Available
Indoor Kitchen Access / Food Vendor space: $45 -- Not Available
Outdoor Space: max 10x10 FT tent space is $35

(Please note: You must have your own table and tent.
​Due to increases in vendor interest, all Hope Chapel folding tables and tents are spoken for.) 

Step 1.
Please fill out the registration form below to receive the email confirmation.

Step 2. 
We will email you a secure PayPal link to pay the registration fee listed above.
Once paid, you'll be officially registered and we'll send you a confirmation email.

Step 3.
​Keep an eye out for the Maker's Update Emails as we get closer to the event!

Step 4.
INSIDE Setup REQUIRED at 7pm the NIGHT BEFORE EVENT .
Optional INDOOR day-of setup allowed ONLY between 8am and 9am.
ALL OUTDOOR SETUP MUST BE COMPLETED BETWEEN 7:30 am and 9am.

Makers who fail to setup their booth by 9:00 am Market open will not be allowed to setup afterward, nor refunded their fee.
This is required, and allows all vendors all of the same opportunities, while accounting for the organizer's needs. Thank you for working with us to make this a great event for everyone!

Not sure where to start? Here are some things you
might want o add to your checklist for Market Day!

 

Time + Supplies + Effort

When thinking about pricing your products, make sure you're counting all the experience you have, plus the cost of your supplies and studio space, and the energy it takes to be a Maker! Not to mention the cups of coffee, the late nights full of snacks and "just one more minute" hours.

Don't be afraid to
value your work and
value yourself.

Don't undersell something you truly loved working on, it can make you feel like it wasn't worth the time.

This is a Marketplace

Think about your booth space like a customer coming
into a store:

What would they need to see to want to buy?

• Clearly labeled pricing
• Well-packaged items
• Grab n' Go Items
  ($5 or less)
• Colorful & Clear Signage
  (Don't make them ask, they won't want to bother you if you're busy with someone else)

Make the best use of your table with different levels of products, for example small stuff up front, large stuff behind. Use baskets to keep similar items easily contained.

PRO TIP:
Have one or two "WOW" items to draw in your customers.

Don't Stress. Make It Fun!

Bring a chair for the slow times, 9am to 1pm will be a long time on your legs. Bring some small crafts to work on, or a book to read just in case.

Most importantly: Don't stress if you don't sell anything, this is only one of many
upcoming events.

With experience, you'll get comfortable with your booth setup, your best sellers, ideal signage and pricing
and make it truly YOURS.
